| Our pool has been excavated to a size, that is 2ft. larger than our finished dimensions. After our 12in. beam is gunited, it will finish at waters edge. Once our hole has been trimmed and the access ramp formed out, we install the rebar. We use a four bar #4 (1/2"rod) beam all around the top, and #3 (3/8"rod) on tightly spaced centering. Gunite, pneumatically applied concrete, is blown into the pool through a high pressure hose, only the amount of water necessary for hydration is added. Gunite evaporates rapidly and reaches a high strength in a very short time. It can be shaped, formed, or trimmed into a wide variety of fashions. Raised beams, planters, columns, or pillars and fake boulders are but a few possibilities. Gunite has approx. twice the tensile strength as concrete. These attributes make it the best pool platform available. Our gunite platform will, and is warranted to, last a lifetime. | ||

| A low restriction high volume circulatory system is of the utmost importance in keeping the water crystal clear. To achieve this we will install 2" pipes for the pool plumbing. A high performance pump motor will pump more water while using less electricity. While a low restriction filter will allow it to be turned over (the ability to filter an amount of water equal to the pool capacity) many times every day. We've installed equipment in many different configurations, and in some locations other pool companies said wasn't possible. Once the pool is plumbed, and the equipment set, we'll put in electrical controls, pool lamps, and any remotes or switches. | ||
